Creating a new Issue in the Portal:
- Login into the Portal
- Navigate to My Support
- Click on "Open a New Issue"
- Enter details into the form to create a new issue
- Select the "Building" where the issue has occurred
- Please describe the issue in detail in the "Issue Description" field
- The "Requestor" field is auto-populated with the current user's contact name. This can be changed by looking up and selecting a new contact.
- Attach a file as supporting evidence.
- Click on "Submit" to submit the issue.
