Creating a new Issue in the Portal:
 
  1. Login into the Portal
  2. Navigate to My Support
  3. Click on "Open a New Issue"
  4. Enter details into the form to create a new issue
    • Select the "Building" where the issue has occurred
    • Please describe the issue in detail in the "Issue Description" field
    • The "Requestor" field is auto-populated with the current user's contact name. This can be changed by looking up and selecting a new contact.
    • Attach a file as supporting evidence.
  5. Click on "Submit" to submit the issue.
